Member: Refers to individuals who register on the Site with the aim of benefiting from discounts and advantages such as special and general campaigns, promotions, promotions, points earning, etc. related to the services mediated by Turist.com, the website owned by the Company, by accepting the terms and conditions specified in this agreement.
User: Refers to individuals who purchase and/or make reservations for the services mediated by the Company's website www.Turist.com without registering on the site.
Call Center: Refers to the call center with the number 0850 302 92 13 which provides support services to Members and Users for the services mediated through the Website, following the provision of the relevant service by its providers.
Supplier: Refers to national and international airlines, hotels, hotel suppliers, car rental companies or suppliers, tour companies, and service providers who send and/or will send all services transmitted to and/or to be added to the Site and ensure the realization of all services such as national and international airlines, hotel and/or suppliers, vehicle companies and/or suppliers, tour companies and/or suppliers, etc.
These Terms of Use explain the rules and conditions that must be followed when using Turist.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website/Site"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By using the Website, you acknowledge, declare, and undertake that you have pre-accepted the content of these Terms of Use and will abide by the Terms of Use.
The Company reserves the right to change any kind of service, product, site usage conditions, and the information provided on this Site in the Site and its extensions without the need for any prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Site.
Users' use of the Site or their entry into the Site implies their acceptance of these changes. The User/Member acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they are responsible for ensuring the security of their passwords. The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will not give their username and password to anyone else, that they are responsible for keeping them, that the Company is not responsible for any damages that may arise if their passwords fall into the hands of third parties, that if their username and password are misused and/or used by others, they will lose all rights arising from membership, and that all kinds of measures can be taken, accepted, declared, and undertook.
The Member also accepts, declares, and undertakes that they can only benefit from the rights and opportunities provided by the Company as long as their membership continues, and that if their membership ends, they will not be able to benefit from accumulated points and other rights earned, and that all kinds of precautions can be taken.
The User/Member also accepts, declares, and undertakes that their contact information (GSM number, email address, etc.) may be used by the Company to inform them about other products provided by the Company, information emails about the subject matter of the Company, or to inform them about updates on the Website.
If the Company detects a violation of the Terms of Use by the Member or if a complaint is received regarding these violations, the Company may block the Member's access to the Website and terminate their membership without any notice. The User/Member accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood this Privacy Policy and will act in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The User/Member accepts, declares, and undertakes that the Company may collect and use this information within the scope specified in the Privacy Policy.
BOOKING AND PURCHASE Members/Users can book or purchase the services provided by the Company on the Site via the Website or Call Center. Any and all reservations and/or purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier or provider of the service. Therefore, the User/Member agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the supplier/provider with whom they make a reservation or purchase through the Site.
The User/Member acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they are aware of and accept the terms and conditions of the supplier/provider for the services they purchase through the Site, that they will comply with these terms and conditions, and that the Company is not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from the non-compliance of the User/Member with the terms and conditions of the supplier/provider.
When making a reservation or purchase through the Site, the User/Member must provide accurate and complete information, including their personal details, payment details, and other information required by the supplier/provider. The User/Member is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide.
The Company is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by the User/Member, and any consequences or additional costs arising from such errors or inaccuracies will be borne by the User/Member.

If the User/Member wishes to cancel a reservation or request a refund, they must contact the Company or the supplier/provider directly, as specified on the Site. The Company will process refund requests in accordance with the supplier/provider's policies and timelines. The User/Member acknowledges that refunds may be subject to processing fees and other charges imposed by the supplier/provider or relevant authorities.
The User/Member is responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred as a result of cancellations or changes to reservations, including but not limited to airline fees, hotel fees, and other charges.
The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of the services offered by the supplier/provider. The User/Member acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for any acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of the supplier/provider or any third parties.
The User/Member agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the services offered on the Site.
The User/Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the User/Member's use of the Site, the services offered on the Site, or any breach of these Terms of Use.
Upon termination or suspension of access to the Site, the User/Member must immediately cease using the Site and all services offered on the Site. The User/Member's obligations and liabilities under these Terms of Use shall survive any termination or suspension of access to the Site.
